मैंने
पढ़ा है कि ज्यादातर बीमा एजेंट दोपहर 12 बजे के बाद अपना घर छोड़ देते हैं। अगर
हम एजेंटों की कुल संख्या की गणना करें, तो उनमें से 80% एजेंट दोपहर में अपना घर
छोड़ देते हैं। और अन्य 20% असली पेशेवर हैं जो सुबह से ही काम करना शुरू कर देते
हैं। मार्केटिंग में एक सिद्धांत होता है, जिसे 80:20 सिद्धांत कहा जाता है। किसी
भी व्यवसाय में यह 80:20 सिद्धांत लागू होता है। इसका मतलब है कि हमारे उद्योग का
80% व्यवसाय 20% लोगों द्वारा किया जाता है, जो उस उद्योग के शीर्ष प्रदर्शन करने
वाले लोग हैं। और बाक़ी 80% लोग केवल 20% व्यापार करते हैं! इसका मतलब है कि ये
80% बीमा एजेंट दोपहर में अपना व्यवसाय शुरू करते हैं और शीर्ष प्रदर्शन करने वाले
लोग जो 20% हैं, अपना व्यवसाय बहुत पहले शुरू करते हैं। यह
केवल हमारे उद्योग में ही नहीं है, यह सिद्धांत दवा उद्योग
में, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट , इंजीनियरों आदि सभी को लागू होता है। इस अनुपात को खोजने के लिए आपको निरीक्षण करने की आवश्यकता
है। इसलिए, अपने आप को जांचें कि आप ८०% लोगों में या २०%
सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने वाले लोगों में से अपने आप को कहाँ फिट करते हैं! कल से
अपने दिन की शुरुआत जल्दी करें और इसे नियमित रूप से करें, आप
अपने आप में और अपने व्यवसाय में भी अंतर पाएंगे।
I have studied that most of the
insurance agents leave their homes after 12 in the noon. If we count the total
numbers of agents, among them 80% agents leave their home in the noon. And the
other 20% are the real professionals who start doing things at the dawn.
There is a principle in
marketing called 80:20 principles. In any business this 80:20 principle is
applicable. It means that 80% business of our industry is done by 20% people
who are top performing people of that industry. And remaining 80% people do
only 20% business!
This means these 80% insurance agents start
their business at noon and the top performing people which are 20% start their
business much earlier.
It is not only in our industry, this principle
is applicable in medicine industry, among chartered accounts, engineers etc.
You need to observe to find this ratio.
So, check yourselves as
to where you fit yourself, among 80% of the people or among 20% best performing
people! From tomorrow start your day early and do it regularly, you will find a
difference in yourself and in your business too.
